The second phase, the forest preserve and animal sanctuary stand on a 100 acre piece of the property which is dense rainforest. This area will house our equestrian centre, stables and riding facilities, the modern aviary and turtle sanctuary and the ecological and nature trails.

| At the end of the trails, high on the top of one of the hills overlooking the Caribbean is where we are locating a group of eco-lodges. |

| The third and final phase of the project will be the country club which will be home to an 18 hole championship golf course, a full service country club and hotel, and 320 residential units, golf villas, terraced town houses and condos that will be built along the fairways. |
