The inland Marina has been built on a ten-acre artificial lake. It's protected on all sides from the sea and the weather by natural coral reefs and by the rainforest.
Great care has been taken in protecting the natural environment during construction. The forest of palm trees as well as the indigenous flora has been preserved while levelling the surface at about five feet above high water level around the perimeter of the marina.
Its on this level where the five star marina "club" which will house its fine restaurant and poolside bar will be built which will include a business centre and spa, lounges and function rooms, as well as all those services necessary for a world class facility.
The pilings are in, and work has started on construction of seventy-five slips that will accommodate yachts up to one hundred and twenty feet long.
Each slip will have access to a private dock head for hooking up to electricity, phone, Internet, cable and water.
