| Green Turtle Cay marina, resort and estates is a private gated community being developed on almost 400 acres of pristine beach front property on Panama's Caribbean Coast. |
It's located about 60 miles due north of Panama City and about 35 miles East of the entrance to the Panama Canal in a rain forest setting where the preservation of indigenous species and conservation of the flora and fauna are paramount. The San Blas Archipelago is about 40 miles to our East.

| The master plan for the project consists of three phases. The first is the marina, which has been built on a ten acre inland lake in the centre of our peninsula which juts out into the Caribbean Sea for almost a mile. |
 The marina, accessed through a short channel with over a ten foot draft and protected from all sides by reefs, hills, and the forest, will house 72 slips for yachts up to 120 feet, offer a full service boat yard complete with fuel, haul out, light repair and storage facilities.
The marina will feature a world class service centre for dining and dancing, an open veranda and garden swimming pool, a terraced cocktail lounge, meeting and function suites, a casino and much more. |
Although chartered helicopter service will be available 24 hours a day for travel to the project from the major airports, hotels, and other landmarks, access will also be available by private aircraft and through the national airlines to the local airport.
Approach can also be gained by yacht and water taxi from the surrounding islands and communities directly into the marina as well as from the Panama Canal for those hardy souls who wish to venture the thirty five miles along the coast via the Caribbean. Naturally, there will be direct access by car or scheduled limousine for those who prefer to travel by road
