Boquette

Boquette is a firm favourite with retiring Americans. Roughly 1000 feet above sea level near to the border with Costa Rica, it is a little cooler than Panama City but still with a superb climate!

Ideal for the person who likes average temperatures a degree or two lower. There is a regular gentle breeze making even the hottest day comfortable.

Again the countryside is as beautiful as anywhere found in Central America. No less palm trees or striking colours!

Boquette boasts many coffee plantations and dairy farms.
